Welcome to Ontario Driving Centre. By enrolling in our driving courses or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any lesson or program.

1. Services

Ontario Driving Centre provides professional driving instruction, including beginner driver education (BDE) courses, in-car training, and road safety lessons. All services are subject to instructor availability and scheduling.

2. Eligibility

Students must meet the legal driving age requirements as set by Ontario, Canada, and must hold a valid learner’s permit or license where required.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All lessons must be booked in advance.
  • Payment is required as per the selected package or individual lesson plan.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if payment is not completed.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the lesson fee.
  • Ontario Driving Centre reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to weather, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for lessons
  • Carry required permits or documents
  • Follow instructor guidance at all times
  • Behave respectfully and responsibly during training

Failure to comply may result in termination of training without refund.

6. Safety Policy

Safety is our top priority. Our vehicles are equipped with dual controls (duplicate brakes) for training purposes. Instructors may intervene at any time to ensure safety.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to management approval and package terms.
  • Completed lessons are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are provided for missed or unattended lessons.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ontario Driving Centre is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring outside of controlled training sessions. Students participate in lessons at their own risk, under instructor supervision.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and materials belong to Ontario Driving Centre and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
